Main Responsibilities
As a quality Intern, your main tasks will be to support the Quality Specialist France/Benelux/Nordic countries/United Kingdom/Ireland in the following activities:
- Implementing and managing the Quality system: updating Quality documents on time, quality-related communications, preparing for ISO 9001 / ISO 13485 certification audits, etc.
- Promoting quality internally and working with internal stakeholders to ensure process improvement, quality awareness/training and internal communication of quality performance indicators and quality-related changes.
- Providing support for the implementation of CAPAs (corrective and preventive actions) in the TrackWise software.
- Supporting the implementation of quality controls for suppliers and distributors.
This position reports to the Sr. Quality Systems Manager | EMEA Quality Compliance WE+IL & QMS Processes and is also supervised at the local Regulatory Affairs and Quality department level.
Descriptif du profil
Must Haves
– Alternance Master 1 or 2 in Quality, preferably in healthcare products
– Good level of English and knowledge of ISO 9001 (knowledge of ISO 13485 is a plus)
– Excellent communication skills
– Organisational skills
– Team spirit
