We are looking fo an intern apprentice (1 or 2 years) to join our “Global Medical Education Digital Learning and Platforms” team, which is under supervision of the Director of Global Medical Education Digital Learning and Platforms, reporting to SVP Global Medical Education. Our mission is to support the medical education and skills development of healthcare professionals and related professions towards safe and effective use of our technologies and associated procedures, while optimizing their user experience globally. As an apprentice intern, you’ll have the opportunity to learn and contribute to our team’s work alongside passionate colleagues, in creating eLearning and learning assets as well as support design development of our Medical Education platforms.
Type of position: Apprenticeship (Alternance de 1 ou 2 ans)
Location : whole France, this position can be fully remote
What will you be doing:
- Design Multimedia Educational Content:
- Create high-quality multimedia educational content (images, sounds, animations, videos, interactive elements) tailored to target audiences across various digital pedagogical modalities (remote, hybrid, curriculum).
- Develop engaging training materials, including video production, design and simple animations; interactive content and eLearning, modules, campaigns.
- Integration into eLearning Courses:
- Integrate your content into the structure of eLearning courses and administer training materials.
- Collaborate with operational functions to understand their needs and assist in developing, implementing, and deploying online training and reporting.
- Documentation and Collaboration:
- Write reference documents necessary for producing eLearning courses, including scenarios and storyboards.
- Collaborate with other experts on BU and cross-franchise projects, adapt existing content, and align it with e-learning principles.
- Innovation:
- Contribute to the team’s ongoing development of new concepts and approaches.

Descriptif du profil
What you will need to be successful:
- Education: Undergraduate (Master 1/Master 2) majoring in digital design, instructional design, authoring, or UX design (User Experience)
- Languages: Fluency in English, French language is a plus
- A passion for digital design and eLearning
- Familiarity with creation within branding guidelines
- Preliminary understanding of adult learning principles, instructional digital design, storyboarding, interactive design appreciated
- Mastery of video editing, image editing and designing too, audio processing software (e.g., Articulate Storyline and Rise, H5P, Captivate, Adobe Creative cloud suite, Vyond, Synthesia, etc).
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
